Old Javanese bronze statuettes cast in the lostwax technique depicting religious rituals and images from the transition period between Hinduism and arising Islam. Cast in the lostwax technique in the Javanese region of Gresik , each one is unique and different. These popular figurines kept being cast for centuries up to the 19.century. Ages estimated between 80 to over 100 years.
